* Any opened or unsealed tubes must be returned at least half full within 60 days of purchase. Please include a brief explanation of why you were unhappy with it so that we can use your feedback to help us with further product development. If your order has been for multiple tubes and you wish to receive a refund for more than one tube, you will need to return all the tubes for which you require a refund at the same time. Only one tube must have been opened or with the seal broken. If more than one tube has been opened or unsealed, the money-back guarantee will only cover the one opened tube plus any other unopened, sealed tubes.

Only the purchase cost of your order will be refunded by this money-back guarantee. This includes the cost of the product plus the delivery cost to deliver the item to the address given when placing the order. The refund does NOT include the return postage costs to send the order back to our address. The return postage is the customer’s responsibility and any returned orders that are lost in the post will not be refunded. Therefore it is advisable that you use a recorded delivery service.

We’ll refund the cost of the product using a refund by the same payment method you used in your original purchase.

Please follow the steps below to request a refund:

1. Contact us

You can contact us on the phone on 0191 420 9276 during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Or email us at customercare@anacare.co.uk within 60 days of purchase to start the refund process.

2. Feedback

We will ask you via email to explain why you were unhappy with the product. We do this to ask why you were unhappy with the product and using your feedback will help us to improve our product for future customers.

3. Return the product

Please return the product (at least half full). For multiple tube orders you must return the unopened tubes for a refund of the one opened tube plus each unopened tube only. Within 28 days we will then refund your purchase price which will be credited back to your debit card or credit card. If you paid using PayPal then the refund will be made back to your PayPal account.

Please note refunds can take a few weeks to show on your bank credit/debit card statements. PayPal refunds are normally a lot quicker and most refunds should show on your PayPal account within 7 to 10 working days.

Please do not return the product without contacting us first, failure to do this in the correct order could delay the refund process and cause you unnecessary inconvenience to yourself.
